Where fees apply, they are set out in your order or agreement and are due as stated there. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavalsia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
