PicPack

Camera and phone images are huge and slow down any site or store. PicPack makes web-ready copies of a folder of images: resized to a sensible max width, compressed, and re-encoded as clean JPGs. Copies land in a /web subfolder, originals untouched. Built on the macOS sips tool, nothing to install, nothing uploaded.

Run in browser - no install

Drop in any images (or click Choose images) and PicPack makes them web-ready right here in your browser: resized so the longest edge fits your Max width, then compressed to your Quality as JPEG. Re-encoding through the canvas also strips embedded metadata (location, camera, EXIF) as a bonus. Nothing is uploaded - it all happens on your machine, and your original files are never touched.

Everything runs locally in your browser - no file ever leaves your machine, and your originals stay exactly where they are. PicPack only creates new web-ready copies for you to download.
