Most agencies make you sit through a call to find out what they charge, because the number needs a story around it first. Ours does not. Here are the three ways to work with us, what each one includes, and a calculator that builds your exact figure before you ever speak to a human. If it is not for you, you have lost four minutes instead of an hour.
We only make sense as a line item if you make more than you pay us. Every structure on this page is built so our number goes up when yours does, and not before.
We have never run a public account and never sold a course. Six years, one team, private. We would rather keep five clients happy for years than spend our week chasing the sixth.
No contract, no lock-in, no exit fee. The relationship is built to run for years; the thing keeping you is the result, not a clause.
The same operators run the tracking, the ads, the funnel and the lifecycle, watching one dashboard, instead of six vendors billing you separately.
Which one is right depends on one thing: how much of the system already exists in your business. Everyone starts with the tracking rebuilt, because we will not run an account on numbers we do not trust. What changes above that is how many surfaces we run and how much we build for you.
For businesses at roughly $50k to $150k a month who already have one channel working, and a measurement problem underneath it that nobody has fixed.
Plus a one-time build of , charged once, covering everything installed in the first 30 days. You keep all of it if you leave.
For businesses at roughly $150k to $500k a month who want the whole acquisition system run by one team, not assembled from three vendors.
Plus a one-time build of , charged once, covering everything installed in the first 45 days. You keep all of it if you leave.
For businesses past roughly $500k a month who want one CMO to take over the whole growth function, and who care what the company is worth on the day they sell it.
The one-time build of is waived at this level. It is already in the retainer.
Ad spend itself is paid by you, straight to the platforms. It never touches our invoice, and we take no commission, rebate or affiliate payment from any platform or software vendor. The partner rates we pass to you are the ones we hold because of our own volume, and we keep none of the difference.
There are no asterisks and no "contact us" cells here. If something is not in a level, it says so, and you can add it individually in the next section.

Start from a level, set your real ad spend, and add only what you actually want. The figure on the right is the figure we would put in your proposal. Nothing here is a lead magnet: it does not ask for your email and it does not send anywhere.
Pick the closest fit. Everything below adjusts, and anything already included at that level is locked on and free.
Spend goes to the platforms, not to us. Above your level's included allowance we charge a management percentage on the excess only, and it is well under the 10 to 20 percent that is standard in this market.
Optional, and only used to show you what we cost as a share of your business. We think that number matters more than our invoice does.
Anything already in your level is locked on and shown at no cost. Anything else is priced individually, so you never pay for a level to reach one line item inside it.
The second option is the one we prefer, and it is the reason this page exists. It lowers what you pay us every month and links the rest to the lift we actually produce, measured against the baseline we write down together in week one.
Here is the honest version of the incentive problem. An agency on a flat retainer gets paid the same in a bad month. An agency on a percentage of ad spend gets paid more when you spend more, whether or not it worked. Neither of those is aligned with you. So we offer a third structure, and we prefer it.
Worked example, and it is arithmetic, not a promise. On Compound at the standard retainer you would pay the full monthly figure regardless of outcome. On the performance-weighted structure you pay 30 percent less every month, and if we lift new-customer revenue by $120,000 in a month, the share on that lift is $9,600, capped at twice the retainer we discounted. In a flat month you have simply paid us 30 percent less than the client next door. That is the whole trade, and there is nothing else in it.
Every phase ends with something you can look at rather than a feeling that progress was made. If a phase does not hit its exit, we say so on that Friday and fix it before starting the next one.
ExitYou hold a written audit of your own acquisition system. If we never speak again, you are still ahead.
Exit, day 14One reconciled number that you, we and your bank account all agree on. Most clients find this fortnight the most uncomfortable and the most valuable.
Exit, day 45Every layer you bought is live and reporting. Nothing is still in a document.
Exit, day 90A measured result against a written baseline, and a decision about the next quarter made from data rather than from a feeling.
No exitThis is the phase we are actually optimising for. Everything above exists to get here.
One dashboard, four rhythms. Reporting is not a monthly PDF written to make us look busy. It is the same screen we run your account from, plus a human saying what changed and what we are doing about it.
Between all of that there is the request line: a direct channel to the operators on your account, not a ticket queue and not an account manager relaying messages. On Engine and Compound you get an answer the same working day.
The five conditions that keep the performance clause honest are published in full on the guarantee page, and they are worth reading before you apply rather than after. Prices on this page are in US dollars, billed monthly in advance, and the one-time build is billed once at the start. Media management on spend above your allowance is billed in arrears against actual spend, which you can verify yourself in your own ad accounts.
Apply, and whether or not we approve you, our operators and our tools audit your acquisition system and hand you the findings. Free, because we would rather know you than bill you for a PDF. If we do approve you, the next thing that happens is a call about your numbers, not a pitch.
